摘　　要：目的观察跌打热敷散结合间歇颈牵引治疗青年颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2020年6月-2021年12月收治的120例青年颈型颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。嘱咐2组纠正生活中的不良姿势,注意保证正确的睡姿;对照组给予间歇颈牵引治疗,观察组给予跌打热敷散结合间歇颈牵引治疗;对2组治疗前后病情程度进行中医症状评分;2组疼痛程度通过模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评价,临床症状情况通过颈椎病临床评价量表(The Clinical assessment Scale of cervical spondylosis,CASCS)评价;比较2组治疗前后白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL^(-1)β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平、颈椎活动度;统计2组治疗有效率。结果治疗后,2组中医症候积分、VAS评分及IL^(-1)β、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,CASCS评分、前屈活动度、后伸活动度、左屈活动度、右屈活动度、左旋活动度、右旋活动度均上升,且观察组较对照组上升更明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跌打热敷散结合间歇颈牵引治疗可以改善青年颈型颈椎病患者的疼痛程度以及颈椎活动度,减轻患者炎症反应,治疗效果较好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dieda hot compress powder combined with intermittent cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of young people.Methods A total of 120 young patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Yulin Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The two groups were required to correct the bad posture in daily life,and pay attention to ensuring the correct sleeping posture.The control group was treated with intermittent cervical traction,and the observation group was treated with combination of Dieda hot compress powder and intermittent cervical traction.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores were performed on the degree of illness before and after treatment in both groups.The degree of pain in two groups was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Clinical symptoms were evaluated by the Clinical Assessment Scale of Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS).Interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,and cervical spine mobility were compared before and after treatment in both groups.Treatment response rates were counted in the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,and IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 levels in the two groups decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,CASCS score,forward flexion activity,backward extension activity,left flexion activity,right flexion activity,left rotation activity,and right rotation activity in both groups increased(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the above indicators in the observation group showed a more significant increase(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dieda hot compress powder combined with intermittent cervical traction therapy can improve the pain degree and cervical spine mobility of young patients with
