摘  要:射线控制策略最优化是降低心血管介入治疗医务人员所受职业照射的有效手段。现以全面质量管理理论中的“人、机、料、法、环”等五个因素为基础,分别从辅助防护设施、个人防护用品、医务人员操作技术、射线相关仪器设备以及对医务人员的健康教育等五个方面,结合国内外最新的职业照射控制策略进行研究,旨在为减少医务人员所受射线剂量、降低职业损伤发生提供参考。The optimization strategy for radiation control is an effective means for medical personnel engaged in cardiovascular intervention therapy to reduce their exposure to radiation.Based on the five factors of“people,machine,material,method and environment”in the theory of comprehensive quality management,this paper reviews the latest occupational exposure control strategies at home and abroad from five aspects of auxiliary protective facilities,personal protective equipment,operating techniques of medical personnel,radiation-related instruments and equipment,and health education of medical personnel.The purpose is to provide reference for reducing the radiation dose to medical personnel and reducing the occurrence of occupational injuries.
