摘  要:通过对某型空压机的缺陷分析,优化设计一款双作用缸空压机,对曲轴连杆机构进行受力分析并建立运动学模型。运用ADAMS软件对曲轴连杆机构进行仿真分析,得到左、右活塞销的最大受力;利用ANSYS软件对曲轴的6个工况角度进行静力分析,得到最大应力发生工况和最大变形发生工况。分析表明,优化后的双作用缸空压机满足设计要求。By analyzing the defects of an air compressor,an air compressor with a doubleacting cylinder is designed,the force analysis of the crankshaft linkage mechanism is carried out,and the kinematics model is established.Software ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the crankshaft linkage mechanism to obtain the maximum force on the left and right piston pins.Software ANSYS is used to carry out static analysis of the crankshaft at six working angles to obtain the working condition with a maximum stress and the working condition with a maximum deformation.The analysis shows that the optimized air compressor with a double-acting cylinder meets the design requirements.
