基于Workbench的采矿机电机箱体结构有限元分析

摘  要:以采矿机截割部电机箱体为研究对象,通过Pro/E软件建立了电机箱体结构的三维模型,并利用ANSYS Workbe nch软件分析电机箱体结构在不同工况下的应力和变形情况,得到电机箱体结构的应力云图和变形云图。结果表明:电机箱体结构在各个工况下的最大应力都小于材料的许用应力,满足设计要求。所得分析结果可为采矿机电机箱体结构设计提供参考。Taking the motor box of the cutting part of the mining machine as the research object,a three-dimensional model of the motor box structure is established by software Pro/E,and the stress and deformation of the motor box structure under different working conditions are analyzed by software ANSYS Workbench to obtain the stress nephogram and deformation nephogram of the motor box structure.The results show that the maximum stress of the motor box structure under each working condition is less than the permissible stress of the material,which meets the design requirements.The analysis results can provide reference for the design of motor box structure of mining machine.
