摘 要:工作级别较高的起重机的构件需要满足静强度和疲劳强度的要求,根据起重机设计规范的规定,工作级别为E4(含)以上的构件宜校核疲劳强度。针对常用的工作级别为A5的起重机,采用极限状态设计法,基于给定工作级别、应力集中情况等级和应力循环特征的构件,给出不同用途起重机对应构件的疲劳强度计算结果,指出不需进行疲劳强度校核的构件。研究结论为:构件的疲劳破坏与构件承受的载荷类型、应力变化情况有直接关系,对称交变应力、非对称交变应力和脉动应力下构件的疲劳强度有较大差异,对于承受交变应力的E4级构件,如塔式起重机塔身弦杆,通常需要进行疲劳强度计算。对于承受脉动应力的E4级构件,如桥架类型起重机的主梁和支腿、臂架起重机的臂架等,通常不需要进行疲劳强度计算。The components of cranes withhigher classification group need to meet the requirements of static strength and fatigue strength,and according to the Designrules for cranes,it is appropriate to check the fatigue strength of the components with classificationgroupof E4or above.For the commonlyused craneswith classification group of A5,the limit state design method is applied,and based on the components with given classification group,stress concentration level and stress cycle characteristics,the fatigue strength calculation results of the corresponding components of cranes for different purposes are given,and the components that do not require fatigue strength check are pointed out.The fatigue failure of the component is directly related to the load type and stress change of the component,and thefatigue strengths of the component under symmetric alternating stress,asymmetric alternating stress and pulsating stress are quite different.For the component of E4 subjected to alternating stresses,such as the chord of tower cranes,fatigue strength calculation is usually required.Forthe component of E4 subjected to pulsating stresses,such as the main girder and outrigger ofoverhead type cranes and the jib of jib cranes,fatigue strength calculation is usually not required.
