摘 要:针对塑料大棚自然通风能力有限,作物冠层气流速度过小,温度分布不均匀等问题,设计一种适用于塑料大棚的作物行间管道送风系统;构建CFD模型对该系统的应用效果进行模拟分析,通过实测数据对理论模型进行验证。温度和风速的模拟值与实测值的最大相对误差分别为4.7%和8.1%,平均相对误差分别为1.6%和3.0%,模拟值与实测值吻合良好,模型具有较好的可靠性。结果表明:管道送风系统开启后,室内平均风速为0.2 m/s,不同高度平面内适宜区(风速范围0.1~0.5 m/s)面积占总面积的比例在69%以上;管道送风系统促使冷空气向上流动,塑料大棚顶部温度下降了1.0℃,0.5与2.0 m高度平面的平均温差减小了0.4℃。在作物行间开展主动送风,可有效改善塑料大棚内的气流环境和温度分布。Aiming at the problems of limited natural ventilation capacity in plastic tunnel,too low airflow velocity in crop canopy,uneven temperature distribution,etc.,a pipe air supply system between crops in plastic tunnel was designed.CFD model was built to simulate and analyze the application effect of the system.The theoretical model was verified by the measured data.The maximum relative errors of the simulated and measured values of temperature and wind speed are respectively 4.7%and 7.1%,and the average relative errors are respectively 1.6%and 3.0%.The simulated and measured values are in good agreement,which indicates that the model has good reliability.The results show that:After the pipe air supply system is turned on,the average wind speed reaches 0.2 m/s,the area of suitable area(wind speed range 0.1-0.5 m/s)accounts for more than 69%;The pipe air supply system promotes the upward flow of cold air,the temperature at the top of the plastic greenhouse dropped by 1.0℃,and the average temperature difference between 0.5 m and 2.0 m height planesdecreased by 0.4℃.In conclusion,that active air supply between crop rows can effectively improve the airflow environment and temperature distribution in plastic tunnel.
