摘　　要：修订版《公共图书馆服务规范》已于2023年3月发布,并将于2023年7月1日起正式实施。修订后的《公共图书馆服务规范》对当前及未来一段时间的公共图书馆服务的提供内容、技术水平等提出了新的规范性要求,将为新时期进一步有效指导各级公共图书馆开展服务提供政策层面的依据,也将为开展图书馆服务的其他类型机构规范其服务工作提供有效指导。本文通过介绍修订版《公共图书馆服务规范》的主要内容,分析本次修订遵循的契合性、前瞻性和操作性三项原则。The Public Libraries Service Specifications(Revised Edition)was released in March and will be officially implemented on July 1,2023.This revision puts forward new normative requirements for the content and technical level of public library services at present and in the future,which provides a policy basis for further effectively guiding public libraries at all levels to carry out services in the new period,and also effective guidance for other types of institutions providing library services to standardize their services.The main content of The Public Libraries Service Specifications(Revised Edition)was discussed in the paper,whereas principles of conformity,foresight and operability as observed by during this revision were analyzed.
