引痰方贴敷涌泉穴对卵白蛋白诱导哮喘小鼠血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察引痰方贴敷双侧涌泉穴对卵白蛋白(OVA)诱导哮喘小鼠血清炎症因子的影响。方法 60只小鼠随机选取12只作为正常对照组,其余小鼠采用OVA诱导法构建哮喘小鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型对照组、凡士林穴位贴敷组、引痰方穴位贴敷组、布地奈德雾化组,各12只。正常对照组和模型对照组给予无菌注射用水治疗,布地奈德雾化组给予布地奈德雾化治疗,凡士林穴位贴敷组用胶布固定凡士林贴剂于双侧涌泉穴,引痰方穴位贴敷组用胶布固定引痰方于双侧涌泉穴。连续治疗2周后,采用酶联免疫试剂盒(ELISA法)测定血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的水平。结果 与正常对照组比较,模型对照组和凡士林穴位贴敷组小鼠血清IL-6水平均明显升高(P<0.01),IL-10水平显著降低(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,引痰方穴位贴敷组和布地奈德雾化组小鼠血清IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.01),IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与凡士林穴位贴敷组比较,引痰方穴位贴敷组小鼠血清IL-6水平显著降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.05);引痰方穴位贴敷组和布地奈德雾化组血清IL-6和IL-10水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 引痰方贴敷涌泉穴能够抑制OVA诱导哮喘小鼠气道促炎因子IL-6水平的表达,促进抑炎因子IL-10水平的表达,通过调节炎症因子,改善气道炎症状态,以达到防治哮喘的目的。Objective To observe the effect of applying Yintan Fang(引痰方)to‘Yongquan'(KI1)on serum inflammatory factors in ovalbumin(OVA)-induced asthmatic mice.Methods Twelve of sixty mice were randomly selected as a normal control group,and the rest of mice were constructed as asthma mouse model by OVA induction method.After successful modeling,the mice were randomly divided into a model control group,Vaseline acupoint patching group,Yintan Fang acupoint patching group and budesonide nebulization group,12 mice each.The normal control group and model control group were treated with sterile water for injection,the budesonide nebulization group was treated with budesonide nebulization,the Vaseline acupoint patching group was treated with adhesive tape to fix the Vaseline patch externally on the bilateral‘Yongquan'(KI1),and the Yintan Fang acupoint patching group was treated with adhesive tape to fix the Yintan Fang patch externally on the bilateral‘Yongquan'(KI1)acupuncture points.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay kit(ELISA method).Results Compared with the normal control group,the serum IL-6 level was significantly increased(P<0.01)and IL-10 level was significantly decreased(P<0.01)in both the model control group and Vaseline acupoint patching;compared with the model control group,the serum IL-6 level was significantly decreased(P<0.01)and IL-10 level was significantly increased(P<0.01)in both the Yintan Fang acupoint patching group and budesonide nebulization group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);compared with the Vaseline patching group,the serum IL-6 level of mice in the Yintan Fang acupoint patching group was significantly lower(P<0.05)and IL-10 level was significantly higher(P<0.05);compared with the serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the Yintan Fang acupoint patching group and budesonide nebulization group,the differences were not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The applying of Yintan Fang can inhibit the expression level of airway
