摘　　要：李乃庚教授熟谙经典,勤学多思,临证强调四诊合参,尤其重视望诊,在实践中总结出“儿科临证七字诀”;基于小儿生理病理特点,提出小儿“气阴不足论”,治疗倡导护阳益阴,扶助正气;处方用药灵活化裁古方,创立新方、验方及外治方。李教授独特的诊治特色及丰富的临床经验,均是其临床疗效的重要保障。Famous doctor and professor LI Naigeng reads the classics well, studies hard, and has a lot of thought.In his therapeutic work, he places a strong emphasis on using all four diagnostic techniques simultaneously and pays close attention to the patient's behavior, expression, and other physical characteristics.The “Seven Characters of Pediatrics” were condensed by LI.Based on the physiological traits of pediatric patients, he presented the notion of “deficiency of qi and yin” and promoted therapy to safeguard yang, benefit yin, and support positive qi.He has developed novel prescriptions, successful prescriptions, and prescriptions for external treatments.He is adaptable in prescribing and modifying age-old prescriptions.His distinct diagnostic and therapeutic traits and extensive clinical background serve as important guarantees to his clinical success.
