摘　　要：素膏,具有有效成分丰富、性味甘平、药性缓和等优点,适宜患儿四季服用。宋捷民教授在深研历代经典医著理论的基础上,创立儿童素膏膏方的平补和清调理论,临证时常选用素膏为代表的膏方治疗多种儿科疾病,取得了满意疗效。此外,还介绍了浙派中医儿科常用的桑椹膏、金樱子膏、枇杷叶膏、雪梨膏等多种素膏的主要成分及饴糖、红糖等多种辅料的功效及应用。附验案2则,以资验证。Chinese herbal cream,which has the advantages of rich effective ingredients,sweet taste and mild drug properties,is suitable for children to take in any season of a year.Professor SONG Jiemin,on the basis of deep research into the theories of classic medical works of various dynasties,often selects the cream prescription represented by Chinese herbal cream to treat various pediatric diseases,and has achieved satisfactory efficacy in clinical treatment.He believes that Chinese herbal cream is worth promoting in pediatric cream formulations.This article summarizes professor SONG Jiemin's theory of take tonic balanced and clearing heat by children's Chinese herbal cream.The main ingredients of various Chinese herbal cream commonly used in pediatric medicine of Zhejiang School of Traditional Chinese Medicine were mainly introduced.In addition,the main components of mulberry cream,golden cherry cream,loquat leaf cream,snow pear cream and the effects and applications of auxiliary materials such as caramel and brown sugar were also introduced.And two clinical cases are presented for verification.
