痉咳静片辅助治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽风盛挛急证50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察痉咳静片辅助治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽风盛挛急证的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月盐城市中医院儿科门诊治疗的过敏性咳嗽风盛挛急证患儿100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组予地氯雷他定干混悬剂口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服痉咳静片,2组均治疗1周后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为94.00%(47/50),显著高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽和咽痒评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组的上述临床症状评分较同组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)直接计数水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组EOS水平较同组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 痉咳静片辅助治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽风盛挛急证疗效满意,可显著降低患儿临床症状评分和外周血EOS水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jingkejing Pian(痉咳静片)in the auxiliary treatment of pediatric allergic cough with strong-wind and contracture syndrome.Methods A total of 100 children of allergic cough with strong-wind and contracture syndrome who were treated at the pediatrics outpatient department of Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group in a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral desloratadine dry suspension,while the treatment group was treated with oral Jingkejing Pian on the basis of the control group's treatment method.Both groups were treated for 1 week,and their therapeutic effects were statistically analyzed.Results.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%(47/50),significantly higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of daytime cough,nighttime cough,and pharyngeal itching between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced compared to the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the level of eosinophil direct count(EOS)between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the EOS levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment in the same group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingkejing Pian has a satisfactory therapeutic effect in the auxiliary treatment of pediatric allergic cough with strong-wind and contracture syndrome,and can significantly reduce clinical symptom score and EOS level in chi
