摘　　要：从病因病机、中医内治法、中医外治法3个方面对近年来临床运用中医药治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的研究进行综述。指出中医药多元化的治疗方法对于减轻患儿临床症状、改善患儿的过敏体质具有较好的疗效,但存在样本量偏少,缺乏大样本、多中心的临床随机对照试验和高质量的研究证据等不足,今后需进一步改进和加强研究,为临床诊疗提供新的思路和参考。This article reviews the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)in children from three aspects in recent years:the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,the internal treatment method of TCM,and the external treatment method of TCM.It is pointed out that the diversified treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine have a good effect on reducing the clinical symptoms and improving the allergic constitution of children,but the sample size is too small,and there is a lack of large-scale,multicenter clinical randomized controlled trials and insufficient high-quality research evidence,etc.It is necessary to further improve and strengthen research in the future to provide new ideas and references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
