摘 要:为探究捕捞胁迫对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼血清酶及葡萄糖含量的变化。捕捞胁迫15 min,分别在捕捞胁迫开始前和捕捞胁迫后的0、6、12、24、48、96 h取血进行测定。结果表明:总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力在捕捞胁迫后12 h降到最低值,总体呈先下降后升高趋势,各胁迫组均显著低于胁迫前水平(P<0.05)。谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量在胁迫后呈上升趋势,24 h达到最大值,胁迫后0~48 h各组均显著高于胁迫前(P<0.05),到96 h逐渐恢复到胁迫前水平。总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活力呈现先下降后上升的趋势,在胁迫后6 h下降到最低值,24 h达到最大值,且与胁迫前差异不显著(P>0.05)。谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活力总体呈上升—下降—上升—下降的波浪式变化趋势。二者均在胁迫后24 h达到最大值。之后GOT酶活力逐渐下降并趋于胁迫前水平,且差异不显著(P>0.05)。而胁迫后的GPT酶活力值均显著高于胁迫前水平(P<0.05),胁迫后24~48 h显著高于其余时间组(P<0.05)。碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力变化趋势与酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力基本一致,分别在胁迫后的48 h、24 h达到最大值,随后呈下降趋势。AKP酶活力在96 h趋于胁迫前水平,差异不显著(P>0.05)。而ACP在96 h酶活力值仍保持较高水平,显著高于胁迫前水平(P<0.05)。在捕捞胁迫后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力呈上升的趋势,在捕捞胁迫后6 h的LDH活力达到最高值,随后LDH活力逐渐下降到胁迫前水平。捕捞胁迫后0~6 h的LDH活力值均显著高于胁迫前和在胁迫后其余各时间组(P<0.05)。葡萄糖(GLU)含量在捕捞胁迫后总体呈现的趋势为先上升后下降,最后恢复至胁迫前水平,在胁迫后6 h达到最大值。综上,捕捞胁迫造成了珍珠龙胆石斑鱼的应激反应,但在胁迫后96 h血清部分生理指标趋于胁迫前水平,对其生理机能不会产生持久性影响。In order to explore the changes of serum enzymes and glucose levels in pearl gentian grouper were studied.After 15 min of capture stress,blood was taken at 0,6,12,24,48 and 96 h after the start of fishing stress and before.The results showed that the activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)decreased to a minimum at 12 h after the capture stress,and then decreased first and then increased.The stress levels in all stress groups were significantly lower than those before stress(P<0.05).The content of glutathione(GSH)increased after stress and reached the maximum at 24 h.After 0-48 h,the concentration of glutathione(GSH)in each group was significantly higher than that before stress(P<0.05).It gradually returned to pre-stress level after 96 hours.The activity of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)decreased first and then increased.It decreased to the lowest value at 6 h after stress and reached the maximum at 24 h,and there was no significant difference from pre-stress(P>0.05).The activity of glutamate pyruvic transaminase(GPT)and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)showed a wave-like trend of rising-falling-rising-decreasing.Both reached the maximum at 24 h after stress.After that,the GOT enzyme activity gradually decreased and tended to pre-stress levels,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The GPT enzyme activity after stress were significantly higher than those before stress(P<0.05),and 24-48 h after stress was significantly higher than the other time groups(P<0.05).The activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)was basically consistent with the activity of acid phosphatase(ACP),and reached the maximum at 48 h and 24 h after stress,respectively,followed by a downward trend.The activity of AKP enzyme at 96 h before stress was not significantly different(P>0.05).The enzyme activity of ACP remained at a high level for 96 h,which was significantly higher than that before stress(P<0.05).The activity of Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)showed an upward trend after fishing stress,and reached the highest value 6 hours a
