摘 要:点蜂缘蝽是危害我国大豆生产的重要害虫,采用室内饲养技术提供大量发育一致的标准试虫是研究该虫生物学特性、综合防治、抗药性机制等的重要前提。为提高点蜂缘蝽室内饲养的水平,满足实验室用虫需求,采用新鲜芸豆荚和四季豆荚作为点蜂缘蝽的食料,以直径12 cm、高10 cm的塑料圆形养虫盒为容器,并在其中放置了弯曲纸条增加养虫盒内空间异质性,在室内可控条件下对点蜂缘蝽的生长发育进行研究。结果表明:在温度(25±1)℃,湿度30%~50%,光暗比16 h∶8 h条件下,取食芸豆荚和四季豆荚的点蜂缘蝽若虫平均发育历期无显著差异,分别为29.85、31.48 d,并且若虫期平均存活率也无显著差异。然而,取食芸豆荚点蜂缘蝽成虫的产卵期、单雌产卵量、雌虫寿命显著高于取食四季豆荚的成虫,其参数分别为63.80 d、251.40粒、74.20 d。因此,采用新鲜芸豆荚饲养点蜂缘蝽,能够实现点蜂缘蝽的批量饲养。Riptortus pedestris is an important pest of soybean in China.The use of laboratory rearing technique to provide a large number of uniformly developing insect is an important prerequisite for studying the biological characteristics,integrated management and resistance mechanisms and so on.In order to improve the laboratory rearing and meet the needs of R.pedestris,the growth and development of R.pedestris were studied under controlled indoor conditions using Phaseolus coccineus and Phaseolus vulgaris as food,and the plastic round box of 12 cm in diameter and 10 cm in heigh was used as a container,in which curved paper strips were placed to increase the heterogeneity of the box.The results showed that there was no significant difference in developmental period of nymph stage between P.coccineus(29.85 d)and P.vulgaris(31.48 d)groups under the condition of(25±1)℃,30%~50%RH,and 16 h∶8 h L∶D.There was also no significant difference in survival rate of nymph stage.However,the oviposition period,egg production and female longevity of R.pedestris feeding on P.coccineus were significantly higher than those of R.pedestris feeding on P.vulgaris,with parameters of 63.80 d,251.40 and 74.20 d,respectively.Therefore,the use of P.coccineus as food enables the mass rearing of R.pedestris.
