摘  要:目的:近年来在陕南地区主要推广的猕猴桃品种为‘瑞玉’、‘徐香’、‘翠香’和‘东红’等,为了了解‘徐香’、‘翠香’和‘瑞玉’三种猕猴桃叶片间养分的差异及在‘东红’猕猴桃栽培管理中出现的叶面表征不健康原因,通过叶片中钙、镁、铁、铜、锌含量的测定,为猕猴桃生产过程提供数据参考。方法:选取‘徐香’、‘翠香’和‘瑞玉’同一生长期的叶片(分别用‘XX’、‘CX’、‘RY’表示),选取‘东红’同一生长时期5组不同表征叶片和1组正常叶片(分别表示用QS1—QS5和CK表示)干燥至恒重,用Mars6微波消煮仪和M6型原子吸收光谱仪,进行钙、镁、铁、铜、锌含量的测定。结果:(1)‘徐香’、‘翠香’和‘瑞玉’三个品种猕猴桃叶片中镁含量:瑞玉>徐香>翠香;钙含量:瑞玉>翠香>徐香;铁含量:徐香>瑞玉>翠香;锌含量:翠香>瑞玉>徐香;铜含量:翠香>徐香>瑞玉。三个品种猕猴桃叶片中钙、镁含量均处于缺乏状态,铁、铜的含量处于适宜范围,叶片中锌含量均高于30 mg/kg,叶片锌营养过剩。(2)6组‘东红’叶片中钙、镁含量处于缺乏状态。QS5叶片中铁含量为327.91 mg/kg,超过‘过剩’临界值,存在叶片铁含量过剩的情况。QS1、QS5叶片锌含量超过21 mg/kg,且显著高于其他四组叶片锌含量,二者存在叶片锌含量过剩的情况。QS5叶片铜含量显著高于其他组别叶片铜含量(%p%<0.05)。结论:对于‘徐香’、‘翠香’和‘瑞玉’三个品种猕猴桃,应增施钙、镁肥,施入适量的铁、铜肥,减少锌肥的施用。‘东红’叶面表征不健康原因主要由缺乏钙、镁造成,种植过程中应注意适量增施钙、镁、铁肥,减少锌肥的施用。In recent years,several main kiwi varieties,such as‘Ruiyu’,‘XuXiang’,‘Cuixiang’and‘Donghong’,have been widely promoted in Southern Shaanxi.The objective was to explore the the nutrient differences among the leaves of these varieties,specifically XuXiang’,‘Cuixiang’,‘Ruiyu’,as well as investigate the reason behind the unhealthy appearance of the'Donghong'kiwi leaves.The content of essential nutrients,including Calcium,Magnesium,Iron,Copper,and Zinc,was measured in the leaves to provide valube data for optimizing the production process of kiwi.Leaves from'XuXiang','Cuixiang',and'Ruiyu'(referred to as'XX','CX',and'RY',respectively)were collected during the same period.Five groups of'Donghong'leaves with different visual representations and one group of normal leaves(labeled as QS1-QS5 and CK,respectively)were also gathered and dried until constant.The content of Calcium,Magnesium,Iron,Copper,and Zinc was analyzed using the Mars 6 Microwave Digestion System and M6 AAS.the results showed that(1)Among the three kiwi varieties,'Ruiyu'exhibited the highest Magnesium content,followed by'Xuxiang',and then'Cuixiang'.The Calcium content was highest in'Ruiyu',followed by'Cuixiang',and'Xuxiang'.'Xuxiang'showed the highest Iron content,followed by'Ruiyu',and'Cuixiang'.For Zinc content,'Cuixiang'had the highest,followed by'Ruiyu',and'Xu Xiang'.The Copper content followed the order of'Cuixiang'>'XuxXiang'>'Ruiyu'.The Calcium and Magnesium content in the three varieties of kiwi leaves were deficient,while Iron and Copper content fell within an appropriate range.The zinc content in the leaves was higher than 30 mg/kg,and the leaves zinc was overdose.(2)The'Donghong'leaves demonstrated a deficiency in Calcium and Magnesium.The Iron content in QS5 leaves was 327.91 mg/kg,exceeding the critical value for'overcurrent',indicating an excessive Iron content in the leaves.Both QS1 and QS5 leaves exhibited Zinc content exceeding 21 mg/kg,significantly higher than the other four groups,thus indicating an excessive Z
