摘 要:为探究不同草莓品种差异化的害虫防治理论,选择杨凌设施草莓园主栽的“章姬”和“红颜”两个品种,采用黄板监测法和人工调查法系统调查园内节肢动物种类和数量动态,并分析节肢动物群落丰富度、群落生态优势度、群落优势度指数和多样性指数等群落特征参数。结果表明,“章姬”草莓园节肢动物优势科排序为:半翅目蚜科(桃蚜)>鞘翅目金龟甲科>鳞翅目夜蛾科>半翅目粉虱科(烟粉虱)>膜翅目小蜂科,而“红颜”草莓园节肢动物优势科排序为:半翅目蚜科(桃蚜)>半翅目粉虱科(烟粉虱)>鞘翅目金龟甲科>膜翅目小蜂科>鳞翅目夜蛾科,且鞘翅目金龟甲科和烟粉虱在2个品种草莓园内发生动态规律不一致。结果还表明2个品种草莓园节肢动物群落生态优势度、群落优势度指数和群落多样性指数均无显著性差异。综合上述结果,说明2个品种设施草莓园群落多样性和稳定性一致,但节肢动物种群种类和发生数量动态具有差异,可据此差异化防治不同品种草莓园害虫,从而提高草莓的产量和品质,同时也为保护草莓园农业生态系统提供理论依据。To explore the pest regulation theory by different strawberry varieties,‘Zhangji’and‘Hongyan’varieties were selected in Yangling greenhouse strawberry orchard.rellow plate monitoring and manual investigation method were used to explore the arthropod species and quantity in the Orchard,and the community characteristics parameters,such as community richness,community ecological dominance,community dominance index and diversity index,were analyzed.The results showed that order of the dominant families of arthropods in Zhangji strawberry orchard were:Hemiptera Aphididae(%Myzus persicae%(Sulzer))>Coleoptera Scarabidae>Lepidoptera Noctuidae>Hemiptera Aleyrodidae(%Bemisia tabaci%(Gennadius))>Hymenoptera Chalcididae.The order of dominant families of arthropods in the Hongyan strawberry orchard were:Hemiptera Aphididae%(M.persicae%)>Hemiptera Aleyrodidae(%B.tabaci%)>Coleoptera Scarabidae>Hymenoptera Chalcididae>Lepidoptera Noctuidae.The population dynamics of Scarabidae and{B.tabaci}were not consistent in the two varieties of strawberry orchard.The results also showed that there were no significant differences in community ecological dominance,community dominance index and community diversity index between the two varieties.Based on the above results,the diversity and stability of the communities in the two varieties of strawberry were the same,but there were differences in the dynamics of arthropod species and occurrence number.Therefore,the different methods of pest control based on different varieties in strawberry orchards could be used to improve the yield and quality of strawberry,provides a theoretical basis for protecting the agricultural ecosystem of strawberry orchard.
