摘 要:为考察不同热解条件对煤加压热解产物分布和产品品质的影响,利用加压热重装置研究了不同升温速率(10℃/min,20℃/min,30℃/min,40℃/min)、压力(1.0 MPa,2.0 MPa,3.0 MPa,4.0 MPa)和气氛(100%N_(2),100%CO_(2),50%CO_(2)+50%H_(2))对油坊梁煤加压热解特性的影响。结果表明:在反应终温800℃、升温速率30℃/min、100%N_(2)条件下,受加压抑制挥发分的逸出与扩散的影响,失重曲线、失重速率曲线及最大失重速率对应的峰温整体向高温侧移动,失重率由1.0 MPa时的24.52%减小至4.0 MPa时的19.46%。与100%N_(2)气氛相比,100%CO_(2)和50%CO_(2)+50%H_(2)气氛下失重率分别增加2.29%和1.32%。受高氢分压下较多的氢分子参与自由基的加氢饱和、高压促使挥发分发生二次反应,以及CO_(2)与重质焦油发生重整反应的影响,压力由1.0 MPa升高至4.0 MPa时,焦油的碳的质量分数由82.12%增加至85.02%,氢的质量分数由6.44%增加至7.18%,n(H)∶n(C)由0.078增加至0.084。焦油中轻油、酚油和萘油的质量分数增加,沥青质的质量分数下降。焦油中脂肪烃化合物的相对含量降低2.08%,芳香烃化合物和酚类化合物的相对含量分别增加3.28%和1.87%,焦油的轻质化效果明显。In order to investigate the effects of different pyrolysis conditions on the distribution and quality of coal pressurized pyrolysis products,the influences of heating rate(10℃/min,20℃/min,30℃/min,40℃/min),pressure(1.0 MPa,2.0 MPa,3.0 MPa,4.0 MPa)and atmosphere(100%N_(2),100%CO_(2),50%CO_(2)+50%H_(2))on the characteristics of Youfangliang coal pressurized pyrolysis were investigated in a pressurized thermogravimetric device.The results show that under the conditions of final heating temperature of 800℃,heating rate of 30℃/min and 100%N_(2) atmosphere,the TG curves,DTG curves and the peak temperature corresponding to the maximum weight loss rate move towards the high temperature side as a whole when the pyrolysis pressure increases from 1.0 MPa to 4.0 MPa,due to the inhibition of volatilization and diffusion by the pressurization.The weight loss decreases from 24.52%at 1.0 MPa to 19.46%at 4.0 MPa.Compared with the 100%N_(2) atmosphere,the weight loss under 100%CO_(2) and 50%CO_(2)+50%H_(2) atmosphere increase by 2.29%and 1.32%,respectively.Due to the effects of strengthened hydrogenation saturation process under the high hydrogen partial pressure,the promoted secondary reaction of volatile by the high pressure,and the reforming reaction of CO_(2) with the heavy tar,the mass fraction of carbon in tar increases from 82.12%to 85.02%as the pressure raises from 1.0 MPa to 4.0 MPa,the mass fraction of hydrogen increases from 6.44%to 7.18%,and the n(H)∶n(C)increases from 0.078 to 0.084 correspondingly.The mass fraction of light oils,phenol oils and naphthalene oils in the tar increases while the mass fraction of asphaltene decreases.At the same time,the relative content of aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds in tar decreases by 2.08%and the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbons and phenolic compounds increases by about 3.28%and 1.87%,respectively.Hence the lightening effect of tar is noticeable.
