摘 要:生物质气化过程中产生的焦油不仅会影响产气热值,还会对下游管道和设备造成污染,影响可燃气的后续利用。利用催化气化工艺可有效降低气化气中的焦油质量浓度,结合煤与生物质共气化能够进一步降低焦油生成量。为获得准东煤与松木屑共催化气化过程中焦油的生成特性,借助鼓泡流化床气化炉实验装置,研究了床料种类(石英砂、白云石、煅烧白云石)、准东煤掺混比例(0,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)、气化温度(650℃,700℃,750℃,800℃,850℃)、空气当量比(0.24,0.27,0.30,0.33,0.36)、表观气速(0.15 m/s,0.18 m/s,0.22 m/s,0.26 m/s,0.30 m/s)和气化原料粒径(347μm,513μm,715μm,1005μm,1440μm)对气化气中焦油质量浓度的影响。结果表明:与松木屑单独作为气化原料气化相比,准东煤的添加能够降低焦油质量浓度,并且不会对气化气品质造成较大影响;尤其是准东煤的掺混比例在0~40%的范围内增加时,气化气中的焦油质量浓度下降趋势明显,而CO和H_(2)的体积分数变化不大。与石英砂和白云石相比,在实验设定的六种准东煤掺混比例下,以煅烧白云石为床料的流化床共气化生成的气化气中H_(2)体积分数均最高,同时焦油的含量显著降低。以煅烧白云石为床料,在准东煤掺混比例为40%的条件下,升高温度或提高空气当量比均有利于降低气化气中的焦油质量浓度;提高流化床的表观气速或增大气化原料粒径,气化气中焦油的含量呈现出先减少后增加的现象。Tar generated during biomass gasification process not only affects the calorific value and subsequent utilization of the produced gas but also contaminates downstream pipelines and equipment.The mass concentration of tar in the produced gas can be effectively reduced by catalytic gasification.On this basis,coal and biomass co-gasification can further reduce the mass concentration of tar.In order to obtain the characteristics of tar generation during the co-gasification process of Zhundong coal and pine sawdust,a bubbling fluidized bed reactor was used to investigate the influence of bed material type(quartz sand,dolomite,calcined dolomite),blending ratio of Zhundong coal(0,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%),bed temperature(650℃,700℃,750℃,800℃,850℃),air equivalent ratio(0.24,027,0.30,0.33,0.36),superficial gas velocity(0.15 m/s,0.18 m/s,0.22 m/s,0.26 m/s,0.30 m/s),and feedstock particle size(347μm,513μm,715μm,1005μm,1440μm)on the generation amount of tar in the produced gas.The experimental results indicate that the addition of Zhundong coal can reduce the mass concentration of tar without significantly impact produced gas quality,compared to gasifying pine sawdust alone.Particularly,when the blending ratio of Zhundong coal increases within the range of 0-40%,the mass concentration of tar in the produced gas decreases significantly,while the volume fractions of CO and H_(2) change slightly.Compared to quartz sand and dolomite,in terms of the six different blending ratios of Zhundong coal,the gas generated from the fluidized bed with calcined dolomite as the bed material exhibits the highest H_(2) volume fraction and significantly lower tar content.When using calcined dolomite as the bed material,under the condition of 40%blending ratio of Zhundong coal,increasing of the temperature or air equivalent ratio facilitates the reduction of the mass concentration of tar in the produced gas.Additionally,increasing the superficial gas velocity or enlarging the feedstock particle size,the mass concentration of tar in the
