摘 要:为获得一种可磁分离的染料废水吸附材料,将煤系高岭土经高温煅烧后,用盐酸进行改性,实验过程中煅烧温度设置5个水平(600℃,700℃,800℃,900℃,1000℃),煅烧时间设置5个水平(2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h,10 h),盐酸浓度设置6个水平(0.5 mol/L,1 mol/L,3 mol/L,4 mol/L,6 mol/L,8 mol/L),盐酸用量设置5个水平(4 mL/g,6 mL/g,9 mL/g,15 mL/g,18 mL/g),酸处理时间设置5个水平(1 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,10 h),确定最佳工艺条件,制备出较高比表面积的改性煤系高岭土。然后以改性煤系高岭土、硝酸铁、尿素等为原料,通过焙烧超声法制备出γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/煤系高岭土磁性吸附材料,采用XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附及孔径分布分析、磁性分析等方法对其物理化学性能进行表征,并考察了该吸附材料对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附性能及其吸附后磁分离性能和再生性能。结果表明:煤系高岭土在煅烧温度为800℃、煅烧时间为8 h、盐酸浓度为6 mol/L、盐酸用量为6 mL/g、处理时间为4 h时,可得到较大比表面积;制备得到的吸附材料在5 min内对亚甲基蓝的吸附率可达98%,且可实现磁分离,经过三次再生后吸附材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附率仍可高于88%。In order to obtain a magnetically separable material for dye wastewater adsorption,the coal series kaolin was calcined at high temperature,then modified with hydrochloric acid.The calcination process was performed by varying the temperature(600℃,700℃,800℃,900℃,1000℃)and duration(2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h,10 h),and the hydrochloric acid modification was performed by varying the concentration(0.5 mol/L,1 mol/L,3 mol/L,4 mol/L,6 mol/L,8 mol/L),dosage(4 mL/g,6 mL/g,9 mL/g,15 mL/g,18 mL/g),and acid treatment time(1 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,10 h)to determine the optimal condition for preparation of acid modified kaolin with high specific surface area.Subsequently,using the modified coal series kaolin,iron(Ⅲ)nitrate and urea were used as raw materials,theγ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/coal series kaolin magnetic adsorption material was prepared by roasting ultrasonic method.The physical and chemical properties ofγ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/coal series kaolin adsorption material were characterized by XRD,N_(2) adsorption desorption,pore size distribution analysis,magnetic analysis,etc.Meanwhile,the adsorption performance of the adsorption material for methylene blue dye,magnetic separation performance and regeneration performance after adsorption were investigated.The results show that a significant specific area is achieved when the coal series kaolin is calcined at 800℃for 8 h,treated with 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid for 4 h;the adsorption rate for methylene blue of the prepared material at the abomination optimal condition reaches 98%within 5 min,and magnetic separation is achieved.After three times of regeneration,the adsorption rate for methylene blue remains remarkably high,exceeding 88%.
