摘 要:随着数据中心功率密度的提高,液体冷却应用会越来越普遍,本文研究一维三维液冷系统的耦合模拟方法,说明IT设备级液体冷却与数据中心系统级液体冷却的构成以及模型处理方法,说明构成这些系统的关键对象及参数,模型对象包括冷机,冷冻泵,管道,管件,传感器,末端,换热器,芯片,冷板等一维流体网络模型,以及IT设备,空调末端等黑箱、白箱三维模型。从搭建的耦合模拟案例看出,一维三维的耦合模拟是可行的,从统计的所有IT设备数据看,IT设备液冷百分比约为67%,IT设备间水流量分配比较均匀。With the increase of power density in data centers,liquid cooling applications will become increasingly common.This article studies the coupling simulation method of one-dimensional and three-dimensional liquid cooling systems,explains the composition and model processing methods of IT equipment level liquid cooling and data center system level liquid cooling,and explains the key objects and parameters that make up these systems.The model objects include one dimensional fluid network models such as refrigerators,refrigeration pumps,pipelines,pipe fittings,sensors,terminals,heat exchangers,chips,cold boards,etc.,as well as 3D models of black and white boxes for IT equipment and air conditioning terminals.From the coupling simulation case built,it can be seen that one-dimensional and three-dimensional coupling simulation is feasible.From the statistical data of all IT equipment,the liquid cooling percentage of IT equipment is about 67%,and the water flow distribution between IT equipment is relatively uniform.
