基于数理统计的西南铁路项目砂石材料价格调整合理性分析

摘　　要：为了更好地适应新时期铁路建设的要求,充分反映市场环境、环保要求、地方政策等对项目投资管理的影响,提升铁路工程投资质量和效益,有必要对西南铁路项目砂石材料价格调整合理性开展研究。本文通过统计分析近年云贵川等西南地区砂石料价格变化情况,采用绝对增涨率、同比年增涨率、平均年增涨率等数理统计指标,研究提出更加合理确定铁路项目砂石材料编制期价格和价差调整的建议,为相关部门出台相关法规制度、合理确定项目投资提供有力支持。In order to better adapt to the requirements of railway construction in the new era,fully reflect the impact of market environment,environmental protection requirements,and local policies on project investment control,and improve the quality and efficiency of railway construction investment,it is necessary to study the rationality of price adjustment of sand and stone materials in Southwest Railway Project.Based on the statistical analysis of the price changes of sand and stone materials in southwest areas such as Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan in recent years,this paper uses mathematical statistics indicators such as growth rate,year-on-year growth rate and compound annual growth rate to study and put forward suggestions for more reasonable determination of the price and price difference adjustment of sand and stone materials in railway projects,so as to provide strong support for relevant departments to introduce relevant laws and regulations and reasonably determine project investment.
