摘  要:以目前国内高效节能的蓄热式加热炉为研究对象,开展了HTAC高温低氧燃烧技术在蓄热式加热炉上应用与效果分析。HTAC技术与空气高温预热的有效统一应用,可有效降低蓄热式加热炉烟气中NOx的排放浓度,同时缩短了烟气-燃烧过程中的换向时间,具有明显的燃料节能效果。HTAC技术的研究与应用,为蓄热式加热炉今后的节能减排发展提供了探索思路和有关途径。In this paper,the application and effect analysis of HTAC high temperature and low oxygen combustion technology in regenerative heating furnaces with high efficiency and energy saving are carried out.The effective unified ap-plication of HTAC technology and air high temperature preheating can effectively reduce the emission concentration of NOx in the flue gas of regenerative heating furnace,and shorten the commutation time during the flue gas-combustion process,which has obvious fuel energy-saving effect.The research and application of HTAC technology provides a way to explore the future development of energy saving and emission reduction of regenerative heating furnace.
