摘  要:以安钢3500 mm炉卷机组加热炉空气预热器生产运行中存在的问题为例,对空气换热器换热面积、换热管材质及排列组合布局方式等进行了研究与设计优化,有效提升了空气换热器的传热效率和空气预热温度,降低了加热炉的烟气热损失,为加热炉的节能减排、低成本运行创造了有利条件,该技术的研究和实践具有一定的借鉴和推广意义。In this paper,the problems existing in the production and operation of the air preheater of the heating furnace of 3500 mm coiler unit in Angang are taken as an example,through the research and design optimization of the heat exchange area of the air heat exchanger,the material of the heat exchange tube,the arrangement and combination layout,etc,the heat transfer efficiency of air heat exchanger and air preheating temperature are effectively improved,the flue gas heat loss of heating furnace are reduced.It creates favorable conditions for energy saving and emission reduction of heating furnace and low cost operation.The research and practice of this technology has certain reference and promotion meaning .
