森林防火救灾的现状问题及火灾扑救解决措施

摘　　要：通过对相关森林防火救灾存在问题研究发现,当前我国森林资源不均匀,森林覆盖率与林木绿化率偏低问题,这与防火防灾基础工作未做好,风险隐患未整治到位,基础设施建设不完善等问题有关。针对当前森林防火救灾存在的问题,从管理意识,防控管理,体制机制完善,基础设施建设,提高火灾扑救能力等方面提出相应的解决措施。Through the research on the problems existing in the related forest fire prevention and disaster relief,it was found that the current uneven forest resources in China,the low forest cover and greening rate of trees were related to the problems such as the failure to do a good job in the basic work of fire prevention and disaster prevention,the failure to deal with potential risks,and the imperfect infrastructure construction.In response to the current problems in forest fire prevention and disaster relief,corresponding solutions were proposed from aspects such as management awareness,prevention and control management,improvement of institutional mechanisms,infrastructure construction,and improvement of fire fighting capabilities.
