摘　　要：目的:了解我国医疗机构肠内营养制剂的临床供给、应用及需求现状。方法:经过循证检索及多次专家讨论后制定调查表,以全国二级及以上综合或专科医院为调查对象,各省质控中心指导各级医院临床营养科负责人填写。结果:共有592家医院参与本次调查,涉及全国30个省/直辖市。目前院内肠内营养制剂仍以肠内营养药品为主,获批的FSMP主要为进口和婴幼儿产品,粉状成品使用率最高,61.5%的医院仍使用未获得FSMP注册批号的固体/液体饮料。57.6%的医院表示目前FSMP产品不能满足临床需求,其中肿瘤、肾病、糖尿病、创伤、感染、手术及其他应激状态、胃肠道吸收障碍/胰腺炎是需求前五的疾病或状态。结论FSMP市场占有率低,肠内营养药品、FSMP、固体/液体饮料三者共存局面或将持续。亟需加快成人型特定全营养配方食品上市,提升国产FSMP产品市场占有率,推动临床营养学科发展,促进个体化营养管理落地。【Objective】To understand the current situation of clinical supply,application and demand of enteral nutrition preparations in medical institutions in China.【Method】After evidence-based search and expert discussion,a questionnaire was developed.The investigation objects were general or specialized hospitals at or above the second level in China.The provincial quality control centers guided the heads of clinical nutrition departments at all levels to fill in the questionnaire.【Result】A total of 592 hospitals participated in the survey,involving 30 provinces/municipalities.At present,the main enteral nutrition preparations in hospital are enteral nutrition drugs.The approved FSMP products are mainly imported and infant products.The utilization rate of powdered products is the highest.61.5% of hospitals still use solid/liquid drinks without FSMP registration batch number.57.6% of the hospitals indicated that the current FSMP products could not meet the clinical needs,among which tumor,nephropathy,diabetes,trauma,infection,surgery and other stress states,gastrointestinal absorption disorder/pancreatitis were the top five diseases or states.【Conclusion】The market share of FSMP is low,and the coexistence of enteral nutrition drugs,FSMP and solid/liquid drinks may continue.It is urgent to speed up the marketing of adult specific total nutrition formula and enhance the market share of domestic FSMP products.Promote the development of clinical nutrition discipline,promote the implementation of individualized nutrition management.
