摘　　要：分析了新时期航天工艺技术中心建设的重要意义,介绍了航天光学部件制造工艺技术中心建设和管理模式、运行机制和取得的成效等。为持续提升航天工艺技术水平和制造能力,发展航天事业、建设航天强国,提出了加强航天工艺技术中心建设的若干建议。This paper analyzes the important significance of the construction of the aerospace technology center in the new era,and introduces the construction and management mode,Operation Mechanism and achievements of the Aerospace Optical Component Manufacturing Technology Center.In order to continuously enhance the technological level and manufac-turing capacity of space technology,develop the space industry and build China into a space power,some suggestions are put forward for strengthening the construction of the space technology center.
