摘　　要：科技是国家强盛之基,创新是民族进步之魂。科学知识与学术思想的积累和传承对于取得重大科学突破至关重要,揭示中国卓越青年科学家群体成长特征与科研产出规律,有利于国家完善青年人才培养体系,提高国家人才资助科技政策效力等。以“科学探索奖”200名获得者为代表样本,综合应用履历分析与社会网络分析方法,设计个人属性、成长特征以及科研产出规律3个一级指标,性别、年龄、学历、职称、学科背景、任职机构、教育背景、成才周期、工作经历等13个二级指标,深入探究并得出中国卓越青年科学家成长与科研产出的一般规律,为中国青年科技人才培育体系优化提供参考。Science and technology are the foundation of national strength and innovation is the soul of national pro-gress.The accumulation and inheritance of scientific knowledge and academic ideas are essential for achieving major scien-tific breakthroughs.Revealing the growth characteristics and research output patterns of the group of outstanding young sci-entists in China is conducive to the improvement of the national talent training system and the effectiveness of national talent funding policies.Using the 200 recipients of the Science Discovery Award as a representative sample,we applied biographi-cal analysis and social network analysis methods to design three primary indicators of personal attributes,growth characteris-tics,and research output patterns,and 13 secondary indicators of gender,age,education,title,disciplinary background,the institution of employment,educational background,the cycle of success,and work experience.The secondary indicators were used to explore the general patterns of growth and research output of young scientists in China and to provide a reference for the optimization of China's young scientific and technological talent cultivation system.
