摘　　要：充分发挥知识产权在创新融资中的作用,完善全链条知识产权金融服务创新模式,有助于缓解创新型中小企业的融资约束,加快推进金融支持创新体系建设。从知识产权的权利属性、技术属性和引导要素市场化资源配置出发,以知识产权金融服务促进创新成果转化实施为主线,构建了贯穿专利确权前、确权后、确权并产生稳定现金流等阶段,覆盖科技成果专利生命周期的股权投资、质押融资、资产证券化全链条的知识产权投融资体系,强化知识产权金融服务科技创新的支撑。Giving full play to the role of intellectual property rights in innovation financing and improving IPR financial services innovation model will alleviate the financing constraints of innovative small and medium enterprises and accelerate the construction of financial support innovation system.From the perspective of legal attributes,technical attributes and mar-ket-based resource allocation,this paper takes IPR financial services to promote the transformation of scientific and techno-logical achievements as the mainstream,throughout three stages of patent application,patents grant and the generation of sta-ble cash flow,to construct the intellectual property investment and financing products system of equity investments,patent-pledged financing,and asset securitization that covers all stages of the life cycle of intellectual property rights,to strengthen IPR financial services to the supporting role of scientific and technological innovation.
