道次压下率对稀土镁合金板材性能及组织的影响

摘  要:为了制备高强度的稀土镁合金薄板,研究了在交叉轧制过程中道次压下率对稀土镁合金组织演变及力学性能的影响。结果表明:合适的轧制道次压下率不仅有助于改善稀土镁合金的成形性能,同时也可以提高板材的力学性能。轧制后,板材中的晶粒尺寸变细,LPSO相增多,KAM值增大,同时产生细晶强化、固溶强化以及位错强化效果,使稀土镁合金板强度提升;当道次压下率为20%时,板材的基面织构弱化效果显著,可以激活更多种类的滑移系统,使轧制后的板材伸长率增加。In order to prepare high-strength rare earth magnesium alloy sheets,the effect of pass reduction on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of rare earth magnesium alloy during the cross-rolling process was studied.The results show that the appropriate rolling pass reduction helps to improve not only the forming properties of rare earth magnesium alloys,but also the mechanical properties of the sheet.After rolling,the grain size in the sheet becomes thinner,the LPSO phase increases,the KAM value increases,and the following effects appear such as fine grain strengthening,solid solution strengthening and dislocation strengthening,which increases the strength of rare earth magnesium alloy sheet.When the pass reductrion is 20%,the texture weakening effect of the base surface of the sheet is significant,and more kinds of slip systems can be activated,so that the elongation of the rolled sheet is increased.
