护心康片联合针刺治疗不稳定型心绞痛45例

摘　　要：目的:探讨护心康片联合针刺治疗不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互阻证的临床疗效。方法:选取不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互阻证患者90例,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组各45例。治疗组采用护心康片联合针刺治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、炎症细胞因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平,评价综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的84.44%(38/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中医证候积分及NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:护心康片联合针刺可有效降低不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互阻证患者炎症细胞因子水平及NT-proBNP水平,改善临床症状,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huxinkang tablets combined with acupuncture in the treatment of unstable angina with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with unstable angina with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Huxinkang tablets combined with acupuncture,and those in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),and inflammatory cytokines [high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-8(IL-8)] before and after treatment,and overall response was evaluated.Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group [97.78%(44/45) vs 84.44%(38/45),P<0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score and the levels of NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,and IL-8,and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Huxinkang tablets combined with acupuncture have a marked clinical effect in patients with unstable angina with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis and can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines and NT-proBNP and improve clinical symptoms.
