摘 要:在深水急流的施工条件下,某特大桥20#墩处采用双壁钢围堰的围护结构。为及时发现钢围堰设计的不足,保证在深水施工条件下双壁钢围堰的结构安全,采用有限元分析软件Midas Civil建立围堰模型。结合围堰实际施工工序,划分不同工况分别进行分析,得出围堰各结构的最不利受力位置,为围堰设计及施工提供参考。同时,结合有限元模型对围堰抗浮稳定性进行计算,指出施工过程中的薄弱环节,并给出相应解决方法,对后续同类工程的施工具有借鉴意义。Under the construction conditions of deep-water rapids,the bridge adopts a double-walled steel cofferdam retaining structure at its 20#pier.In order to discover the possible deficiencies in the design of steel cofferdams and ensure the structural safety under deepwater construction conditions,the research uses the finite element analysis software Midas Civil to establish a cofferdam model.Combined with the actual construction process of the cofferdam,it is divided into different working conditions to analyze,and the most unfavorable force position of each structure of the cofferdam is obtained,which provides reference for the design and construction of the cofferdam.At the same time,combined with the finite element model,the anti-floating stability of the cofferdam is calculated,the weak links in the construction process are pointed out,and the corresponding solutions are given,which has reference significance for the subsequent construction of the same type of project.
