摘 要:赤壁长江公路大桥主桥为(90+240+720+240+90)m半漂浮结构体系全钢混组合梁斜拉桥,主梁以主桥跨中为分界线对称布置,4#墩主桥组合梁长690 m,划分为60个梁段(未含中跨合龙段)。4#墩顶三节段于枯水期架设,因此岸侧滩地外露,采用浮吊江侧散拼+墩顶向岸侧拖拉法施工,借助主梁主体结构优化塔区的三向约束设计,实现主梁与主塔铰接替代塔梁固结的目的,抵抗主梁悬臂施工过程中的不平衡荷载和风荷载造成的钢梁平动和转动,确保主梁悬臂施工结构安全、稳定;偏心锚拉组合梁悬臂标准节段采用双节段一湿接循环工艺,减少湿接次数,缩短关键线路时间,通过采用特制冲钉和临时锁定装置调节偏心锚拉边箱梁姿态以降低扭转程度、调整钢梁杆件拼装和边箱梁高栓施拧顺序等方法,解决边箱梁扭转导致横梁拼装困难的问题,加快主梁施工速度,确保钢梁拼装精度;主梁边跨采用加厚桥面板,配重出现最大不平衡荷载,主梁线形无法通过斜拉索调节,因此在辅助跨临时墩顶设置竖向调节装置,施加竖向反力,抵抗不平衡荷载并调整临时墩顶主梁标高,通过顶、落临时墩顶钢梁实现主梁过墩;跨中合龙时,4#墩塔区设置纵移顶推装置,实现主梁快速、精确合龙。The main bridge of Chibi Yangtze River Highway Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with(90+240+720+240+90)m semi-floating structure system.The main beams are symmetrically arranged with 690 m length of composite beams of pier 4 main bridge,which are divided into 60 beam sections(excluding the mid-span closing section).The top three sections of pier 4 were erected during dry season,so the beachside is exposed,the floating crane river side scatter spell+on top of the support dragging the steel beam toward the shore construction,with the help of the main structure of the main beam,the three-way constraint design of the tower area was optimized to realize the purpose of the main beam and the main tower hinged to replace the tower beam consolidation,resist the translation and rotation of the steel beam caused by the unbalanced load and wind load in the construction process of the main beam cantilever,and ensure the safety and stability of the main beam cantilever construction structure.The standard segmental of composite beam with eccentric anchorage is methoding of first assembling 2 sections of steel beam and then pouring wet joint concrete,reducing the number of concrete pours and shorten the time on the critical lines.By adopting special nail and temporary locking device adjusting eccentric anchor edge box girder attitude to reduce reverse,adjust member of steel beams and the side box girder assembled high strength bolt method such as screw order,solve the problem of boundary box girder torsion beam assembled difficulties caused,to speed up the construction speed of main beam and ensure the assembling accuracy of steel beam;because the side span of the main beam is increasing the weight by the thickened bridge panel,the maximum unbalanced load occurs,and the line shape of the main beam cannot be adjusted by the stay cable tension;a temporary pier is set on the auxiliary span,and a vertical adjusting device is set on the top of the temporary pier to apply a vertical reaction force to resist the unbalanced load,adjust t
