摘 要:误强励是励磁系统较严重的事故,且强励过程中励磁限制功能失效,不能实现对机组的有效保护。通过介绍某核电机组发电机励磁调节器基本结构及原理,并结合机组停机过程中的励磁误强励事故案例进行分析,找到了系统设备及设计缺陷,提出了增强回路接线的可靠性及对强励动作逻辑增加电流闭锁判据的改进方案,为使用同类型励磁调节器的核电机组提供参考。False forced excitation is a serious accident in the excitation system,and the excitation limiting function fails during the forced excitation process,which cannot effectively protect the unit.By introducing the basic structure and principle of the excitation regulator for a certain nuclear power unit generator,and analyzing a case of excitation error and forced excitation accident during unit shutdown,the system equipment and design defects were identified.An improvement plan was proposed to enhance the reliability of circuit wiring and add current blocking criteria to the forced excitation action logic,providing reference for nuclear power units using the same type of excitation regulator.
