摘 要:本文采用平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)的分析方法,根据大功率LED调光可编程电源产品的实际工况,结合温度、湿度两个加速因子,计算和测量产品的故障间隔时间和失效数,评估产品工作寿命。本文依据经典可靠性评估理论制定的评估方案,MTBF预期为30000h,样品数量为10台,在温度85℃和湿度85%RH下进行测试试验。当MTBF达到30000h时,即判定产品寿命达到30000h。实现了对可编程电源寿命评估的初步尝试。This paper uses the analysis method of Mean Time Between Failures(MTBF)to evaluate the working life of high-power LED dimmable programmable power supply products by considering the actual working conditions and combining temperature and humidity as two acceleration factors.The fault interval and failure rate of the products are calculated and measured,and the product's working life is evaluated.Based on the evaluation program formulated by classical reliability evaluation theory,the expected MTBF is 30,000 hours,and a sample of 10 units is tested at a temperature of 85℃and a humidity of 85%RH.When the MTBF reaches 30,000 hours,the product life is considered to have reached 30,000 hours,preliminary attempt to evaluate the life of programmable power supply.
