摘 要:河海大学南水北调及河长制调研团以实地寻访、座谈交流与学习研讨等形式,调研了河北省邢台市水资源分配调度情况与河湖系统治理成效,通过对比河湖面貌及相关数据,认为邢台市河湖面貌出现的切实变化是落实河长制、践行“十六字”治水思路的结果,并对邢台市水利事业后续发展提出了合理化建议。The research team from Hohai University,consisting of experts in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the River Chief System,conducted an investigation in Xingtai City,Hebei Province.The investigation involved on-site visits,discussions,and learning seminars to assess the water resource allocation and management effectiveness in the region's river and lake systems.Through a comparative analysis of the current state of rivers and lakes and related data,the team observed tangible changes in the water bodies of Xingtai City.These changes were attributed to the implementation of the River Chief System and the practical application of the“sixteen-character”water management principles.Based on the findings,the research team provided rational recommendations for the future development of water resources in Xingtai City.These recommendations aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of water management practices in the region.
