摘  要:为解决深埋复合顶板巷道围岩大变形的问题,以新安煤矿3205工作面材料巷为工程背景,采用现场分析与UDEC数值模拟相结合的手段,分析了复合顶板巷道变形破坏特征及其影响因素,基于巷道顶板厚层锚固原理,提出了跨界锚注分级连续化支护技术方案,通过现场监测和模拟结果验证了新方案的可行性。研究表明:初期支护强度对巷道的维控至关重要,优化后的支护方案有效控制了巷道围岩变形,顶板及两帮变形量分别降低了64%和63%;并且大幅抑制了围岩裂隙发育,最大裂隙深度由9.56 m降低至3.26 m;新支护方案构建了顶板厚层稳固的锚固岩梁结构,可以维持巷道长期稳定承载。To solve the problem of large deformation of roadway with deep composite roof,based on the material roadway of 3205 working face in Xin'an Coal Mine as the engineering background,the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway with composite roof and its influencing factors were analyzed by combining field analysis and UDEC numerical simulation.Based on the principle of thick layer anchoring of roadway roof,a technical scheme of graded continuous cross-boundary anchoring was proposed.The feasibility of the new scheme is verified by field monitoring and simulation results.The results show that the initial support strength is very important for roadway maintenance.The optimized support scheme can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,and the deformation of roof and two sides is reduced by 64% and 63% respectively.The maximum crack depth decreased from 9.56 m to 3.26 m.The new support scheme constructs the anchor rock beam structure with thick and stable roof,which can maintain the long-term stable bearing capacity of the roadway.
