水性环氧富锌底漆的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：制备了以水性环氧树脂分散锌粉为A组分的水性环氧富锌底漆。研究了锌粉含量,防锈颜料、铝粉以及改性聚酰胺蜡的添加量对底漆防腐性能、抗流挂性能等的影响。测试了底漆动态运输贮存稳定性和混合适用期。结果表明,80%锌粉含量、添加1%的铝粉和1%的改性聚酰胺蜡粉,A组分中加入防锈颜料,可以得到施工性能好、防腐性能好、贮存性能好、抗流挂性能好的水性环氧富锌涂料,复涂水性中间漆和水性面漆后满足ISO 12944 C5H的复合涂层防腐指标。A waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer has been prepared wherein waterborne epoxy resin dispersed zinc powder is used as part A.The effects of zinc powder,antirust pigment,aluminum and modified polyamine wax on the anticorrosive and anti-sagging properties of primer are investigated.The storage stability and activated period of the primer are tested.The results show that the waterborne primer comprised of 80%zinc powder,1%aluminum and 1%modified modified polyamine wax and antirust pigment exhibits good coatability,anticorrosive and anti-sagging properties.Moreover,the multilayer wherein the primer coated with the intercoat and topcoat meets the requirements of ISO12944 C5H.
