耐强碱性特种粉末涂料用聚酯树脂的研制

摘  要:以聚酯/TGIC、聚酯/HAA、聚酯/环氧、聚氨酯4种类型粉末涂料的耐碱性能测试结果为基础,采用含位阻基团单体及提高交联密度的方式改性中羟值聚酯树脂,并对由其制备的聚氨酯粉末涂料进行耐强碱性能测试。结果表明,聚酯/TGIC、聚酯/HAA体系耐碱性能最差,聚酯/环氧体系稍好,聚氨酯体系最好;改性后的端羟基聚酯树脂机械性能、附着力、耐水煮性能良好,且具有优异的耐强碱性能。30℃条件下,50%wt NaOH浸泡96 h,涂层保光率为77%,无开裂、粉化、脱落现象;60℃条件下,50%wt NaOH浸泡22 h,涂层保光率为60%,无开裂、粉化、脱落现象。Based on the alkali resistance of polyester/TGIC,polyester/HAA,polyester/epoxy and polyurethane powder coatings,the hydroxy-terminated polyester resin is modified by means of using some monomer containing steric groups and improving the crosslinking density.The results show that polyester/TGIC and polyester/HAA systems have the worst alkali resistance,polyester/epoxy system is slightly better,and polyurethane system is the best.The modified hydroxy-terminated polyester resin has good mechanical properties,adhesion,boiling water resistance and excellent alkali resistance.At 30℃,soaked by 50%wt NaOH for 96 h,the gloss retention rate is 77%with no cracking and other defects.At 60℃,soaked by 50%wt NaOH for 22 h,the gloss retention rate is 60%with no cracking and other defects.
