摘  要:为进一步推进造船涂料管控,降低涂料用量,提高涂料有效利用率,致力绿色环保造船,在造船涂料喷涂方面进行喷涂设备参数优化研究。介绍造船高压无气喷涂工作原理,并根据造船喷涂工艺特点以及涂料特点,着重在计算选择方面,系统地对动力源压力、泵压力比、输料管管径长度、喷出压力、喷嘴孔径、喷嘴幅宽进行参数优化研究和论述。专门对输料管沿程压力损耗进行流体力学理论计算,并在相关参数优化研究中运用,获得更合理的可参考数据。研究结果提供了造船各类涂料喷涂相关设备参数的优化选择,为提高涂料喷涂利用率提供理论依据。In order to further promote the control of shipbuilding paint,reduce the consumption of paint,improve the effective utilization rate of paint and drive green and environmental friendly shipbuilding,the research on the optimization of spraying equipment parameters in the aspect of shipbuilding paint spraying is carried out.The mechanism of the shipbuilding high-pressure airless spraying is introduced.According to the characteristics of shipbuilding spraying technology and coating,this paper discusses and optimizes systematically the power supply pressure,pump pressure ratio,the length of the transporting pipe diameter and jet pressure,nozzle diameter and nozzle width parameter in the aspects of calculation and selection.Through the theoretical calculation of fluid mechanics of pressure loss along the feeding pipe,which is applied in the related parameters optimization to obtain more reasonable reference data.The results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the parameters of various kinds of equipment related to shipbuilding coating spraying and improving the utilization rate of coating spraying.
