摘 要:以人工合成类黑精(Melanoidin,MLD)为底物模拟糖蜜酒精废液中的有色物质,研究了松香基弱碱型阴离子吸附树脂(Rosin-based weak basic type anion-adsorption resin,RWAA)吸附MLD的性能及机理.结果表明,在RWAA投加量为0.41 mg·mL^(-1)、温度为333 K及溶液pH值为7的条件下,RWAA对MLD的平衡吸附量为337.02 mg·g^(-1),对应MLD去除率为92.43%.经5次再生循环使用后,RWAA对MLD的去除率仍高达89.14%.RWAA对MLD的吸附性能显著优于D301、D314及YZA354FD等3种商业吸附树脂.RWAA对糖厂废液中色素有较好的去除效果.研究吸附热力学及等温线可知,RWAA对MLD的吸附过程是一个自发、吸热及熵增的多层吸附过程,且RWAA对MLD的吸附速率与吸附剂所携带空活性位点数量呈正相关.结合实验研究及量子化学理论计算结果分析可知,吸附相互作用机制主要是RWAA上带正电荷的质子化叔胺与MLD中带负电荷的羧酸根之间的电荷相互作用.The synthetic melanoidin(MLD)was used as model colorant to simulate the coloring substance of molasses-based distillery effluent,and the performance and mechanism of melanoidin adsorption by rosin-based weak basic type anion-adsorption resin(RWAA)were investigated.The equilibrium adsorption capacity of RWAA for MLD was 337.02 mg·g^(-1),and the corresponding removal rate was 92.43%at the adsorbent dosage 0.41 mg·mL^(-1),temperature 333 K,and solution pH 7.Moreover,after 5 adsorption-desorption cycles,the removal rate of MLD by RWAA still maintained at 89.14%.The adsorption performance of RWAA for treating MLD was significantly superior to three commercial adsorption resins(e.g.,D301).Favorable decolorization efficiency was obtained for RWAA treatment of real wastewater from sugar mill.Study on the adsorption thermodynamics and isotherms indicated that the adsorption of MLD by RWAA was a spontaneous,endothermic,and multilayer process with entropy increase.The adsorption rate of RWAA for MLD was positively correlated with the number of empty active sites carried by RWAA.The interaction mechanism of MLD adsorption on RWAA was mainly mediated by the charge interaction between positively charged protonated tertiary amine of RWAA and negatively charged carboxylate of MLD on the basis of experimental studies and quantum chemical theory calculations.
