摘  要:以三氟化硼乙醚为催化剂,1, 4-丁二醇为引发剂,使3-(2, 2, 2-三氟乙氧甲基)-3-甲基氧杂环丁烷(3-FOX)与四氢呋喃进行阳离子开环聚合,得到了3-FOX与四氢呋喃的共聚醚(P3FT)。通过差示扫描量热(DSC)、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱、黏度仪等对共聚醚进行检测和表征。结果表明:合成的共聚醚分子量分布较窄,分子量大小可控;DSC测得共聚醚的玻璃化转变温度为-56.97℃,最大分解峰温为381.4℃,表明共聚醚具有良好的低温性能和热稳定性;共聚醚具有较低的黏度和很小的表面张力(25.37×10^(-3)N/m),疏水性良好。Using boron trifluoride etherate as the catalyst and l,4-butanediol as the initiator,the copolyether(P3FT)of 3-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxymethyl)-3-methyloxetane(3-FOX)and tetrahydrofuran was obtained by the cationic ring-opening polymerization of 3-FOX and tetrahydrofuran.The copolyether was determined and characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum,gel permeation chromatography,viscometer and so on.The results showed that the molecular weight distribution of the synthesized copolyether was narrow,and the molecular weight was controllable;the glass transition temperature of the copolyether determined by DsC was-56.97℃,and the maximum decomposition peak temperature was 381.4℃,indicating that the copolyether had good low temperature performance and thermal stability;the copolyether had low viscosity and very low surface tension(25.37×10^(-3)N/m),the hydrophobic performance was good.
