医共体模式下心脑血管疾病综合防控管理

摘　　要：心脑血管疾病已成为全球第一大致死性疾病,而我国心血管疾病的死亡占全国死因构成40%,农村地区心血管疾病发病及病死率明显高于城市。针对此,该项目建立了就农村地区心脑血管疾病防控人群队列,集成适用于农村地区的心脑血管疾病关键技术,建立急诊绿色通道,强化脑卒中患者的叶酸服用,并提出适用于医共体下的心脑血管疾病防控管理模式,得出了6条适用于农村地区医共体模式下的心脑血管疾病防控建议。Cardio-cerebrovascular disease has become the world′s most deadly disease,and the mortality rate of cardiovascular disease in China accounts for 40%of the death cause in the country.The incidence and mortality rate of cardiovascular disease in rural areas are significantly higher than those in cities.In view of this,the project has established a crowd queue for prevention and control of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in rural areas,integrated key technologies of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases applicable to rural areas,established emergency green channels,strengthened folic acid administration for stroke patients,and proposed a management model for prevention and control of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases applicable to the medical community.Six suggestions for prevention and control of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases under the mode of medical community in rural areas were drawn.
