摘　　要：健康管理融合了现代医学模式与信息管理技术理念,适应了当前医疗服务模式的转变,是应对慢性非传染性疾病的有效措施。通过引入健康管理理念,结合干部保健现状,从组织建设、健康体检、巡诊、信息化等方面探讨干部保健健康管理模式新发展,以期为保健对象提供科学化和个体化的健康管理。Health management integrates modern medical model and information management technology concept,adapts to the transformation of current medical service model,and is an effective measure to deal with chronic non infectious diseases.By introducing the concept of health management and combining with the current situation of cadre healthcare,this paper discusses the new development of cadre healthcare management model from the aspects of organization construction,health examination,inspection tour and informatization,so as to provide scientific and individualized health management for healthcare objects.
