摘　　要：通过对当前省级广播电视单位招聘现状调研,省级广播电视单位主要是通过线下招聘或者以第三方招聘平台辅助完成招聘工作,省级广播电视单位分支结构众多,各地统一招聘管理困难。为解决此类问题,推动数字赋能广播电视发展,拓展广播电视产品矩阵,进一步完善数字化招聘管理。分析广播电视单位招聘管理需求,运用Vue.js 3.0、SpringBoot和MongoDB等开发工具和技术,研究并设计一种数字化招聘系统,实现广播电视单位数字化招聘系统从前端到后端的开发部署和运行,为考生和人力资源管理者提供便捷、灵活、高效的网络平台。According to the current survey of the recruitment status of provincial radio and television units,provincial radio and television units mainly complete recruitment through in person recruitment or third-party recruitment platforms.Provincial radio and television units have many branch structures,and unified recruitment management in various places is difficult.In order to solve such problems,promote the development of digitally empowered radio and television,expand the matrix of radio and television products,and further improve digital recruitment management.Analyze the recruitment management needs of radio and television units,use Vue.js 3.0,SpringBoot and MongoDB and other development tools and technologies,research and design a digital recruitment system,and realize the development,deployment and operation of the digital recruitment system of radio and television units from front-end to back-end,for Candidates and human resource managers provide a convenient,flexible and efficient network platform.
