摘　　要：三网融合让广电网络的业务扩展,既是挑战也是发展的机遇。广电系统通过双向网络化建设、改造和升级,为VOD视频点播平台建设与发展提供了基本保障。VOD视频点播推流系统由通信网络、视频服务和管理软件等3个核心组成。重点介绍基于核心视频服务器的VOD视频全媒体智能网格推流系统的设计与实现。The integration of the three networks has expanded the business of the radio and television network,which is both a challenge and an opportunity for development.The radio and television system provides a basic guarantee for the construction and development of the VOD video-on-demand platform through two-way network construction,transformation and upgrading.The VOD video-on-demand streaming system is composed of three cores:communication network,video service and management software.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the VOD video all-media intelligent grid streaming system based on the core video server.
