摘 要:以山西北部地区菇农喜食的皱柄白马鞍菌为研究对象,调查其发生地生态因子,检测土壤pH、土壤有机质和碱解氮含量,同时开展菌丝碳源、氮源的适应性分析。结果表明,山西皱柄白马鞍菌发生时间集中在8月中下旬,发生期平均温度为13~23℃。该菌在弱酸、弱碱的土壤环境下均可生长,在有机质、碱解氮含量高的土壤环境下更容易发生。通过菌丝碳、氮源适应性分析表明,该菌可适应单糖、二糖、多糖、糖醇等碳源,可适应有机氮、无机氮、氨基酸氮等氮源,但对不同的碳、氮源有选择性。在试验中,皱柄白马鞍菌菌丝培养较适合的碳源是乳糖和葡萄糖,氮源是甘氨酸。Taking Helvella crispa which is popular among mushroom farmers in northern Shanxi as the object,and investigated the ecological factors in the occurrence area,and detected the soil pH,soil organic matter and alkali soluble nitrogen content,and carried out a study on the adaptability of mycelia carbon source and nitrogen source.The results showed that the occurrence time of H.crispa in Shanxi was concentrated in the middle and late August,and the temperature of the occurrence period was 13-23℃.The H.crispa can grow in weak acid and alkali soil environment,and it is more likely to occur in soil environment with high content of organic matter and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen.By analyzing the adaptability of carbon and nitrogen sources of mycelia showed that the H.crispa could adapt to carbon sources such as monosaccharide,disaccharide,polysaccharide and sugar alcohol,and nitrogen sources such as organic nitrogen,inorganic nitrogen and amino acid nitrogen,but it was selective to different carbon and nitrogen sources.In this experiment,lactose and glucose were the most suitable carbon sources for culturing H.crispa mycelium,and glycine was the most suitable nitrogen source.
