摘 要:对3个商业化栽培羊肚菌菌株进行了鉴定,通过多孢分离及组织分离2种方式分离菌株,并利用冬闲蔬菜大棚进行栽培试验。结果表明,3个羊肚菌菌株均鉴定为六妹羊肚菌。2种分离方式下,六妹羊肚菌HY8后代分离菌株产量均高于菌株HA1和HY5。菌株HY8多孢分离后代菌株产量明显低于组织分离菌株,而菌株HA1和HY5多孢分离菌株产量略高于组织分离菌株。说明六妹羊肚菌不同菌株的大田表现差异较大,不同分离方式的后代菌株产量也存在一定差异。研究结果为羊肚菌生产中选择表现优良的菌株提供参考。Three commercially cultivated Morchella spp.strains were identitified.The strains were isolated by multispore isolation and tissue isolation methods,and cultivated by using vegetable greenhouse unoccupied in winter.Results indicated that three strains were identified as the Morchella sextelata.Under the two isolation methods,the yield of descendant strains isolated from strain HY8 were both higher than that of strain HA1 and HY5.The M.sextelata HY8 yield of multispore isolated descendant strains were obviously lower than the tissue isolated descendant ones,however the opposite situations were occurred both in HA1 and HY5 strains.Above results demonstrated that there is huge differences between field fruiting performances in different M.sextelata strains,as well as in the different isolated methods.The research result could provide reference to choose well performed strains in morels production.
