摘　　要：为筛选出低成本、高效益的羊肚菌外源营养袋配方,试验用小麦分别与本地特色农林废弃物羊粪、稻壳、枸杞枝屑、玉米芯等混合制成4种外源营养袋,以市售营养袋为对照(CK),研究不同配方对羊肚菌子实体形态、产量和经济效益的影响。结果表明,小麦+枸杞枝屑(G)的处理中新鲜羊肚菌子实体、菌盖、菌柄的质量,子实体总长度、菌盖长度、菌盖底部直径和菌盖壁厚均大于其他处理,但产量和收入显著低于对照;小麦+羊粪(F)处理中羊肚菌单位面积产量最高,产投比为3.52,纯收入为908 123.7元/hm^(2),高于其他处理,具有较好的应用前景。In order to screen out the low-cost and high-benefit formula of exogenous nutrition bag of Morchella spp.,four kinds of exogenous nutrient bags were made by mixing wheat with sheep dung,rice husk,Lycium barbarum branches and corncob,which were a large amount of special agricultural and forestry wastes in this locality,the commercial nutrition bag was used as the control(CK),the effects of different formulations on Morchella spp.fruit body morphology,yield and economic benefit were studied.The results showed that in the treatment of wheat+Lycium barbarum branches(G),the fresh weight,cap weight,stalk weight,fruit body length,cap length,cap diameter and cap thickness of Morchella spp.fruit body were greater than those of other treatments,but its yield and income were significantly lower than CK.The yield of Morchella spp.was the highest in the treatment of wheat+sheep dung(F),the ratio of production to input was 3.52,and the net income was 908128.7 yuan persquare hectare,respectively,which were higher than other treatments and had good application prospect.
