摘　　要：在招投标阶段招标文件要求采用网络图编制网络计划,在施工准备阶段监理工程师要求采用网络计划进行进度控制,在施工过程中需要使用网络计划进行工期索赔和相关窝工费索赔,在网络计划普及的今天,滴灌工程建设领域精准推进网络计划在项目管理中的应用势在必行。介绍了网络计划技术机理和双代号时标网络计划技术特点,并对其在滴灌工程施工管理中的应用进行分析,为相关工作者提供参考。In bidding stage,bidding documents require that network plan need to be prepared using network diagram.In construction preparation stage,supervising engineer requires that network plan need to be used for progress control.In construction process,network plan needs to be used for claim of construction period and related idling costs.With popularization of network plan,it is imperative to accurately promote application of network plan in project management in the field of drip irrigation project construction.Technical mechanism of network planning and technical characteristics of double-code time-scale network planning was mainly introduced,and its application in construction management of drip irrigation projects was analyzed,providing reference for relevant workers.
