摘 要:为研究喷水推进操舵倒航机构的倒航性能,以仿生型操舵倒航机构为研究对象,基于带自由液面的力特性循环水槽及操纵力试验台架,对操舵倒航机构在不同流量条件下进行水动力试验,采用六分量仪测量操舵倒航机构受到的力。基于CFD技术,采用RANS方法和VOF算法对该机构进行水动力仿真计算,得到作用于操舵倒航机构上的力及流场特性,并将该计算与试验结果进行比较。结果表明,计算与试验值存在一定偏差,但在工程可接受范围内,说明所采用的计算方法可以用来预测仿生型操舵倒航机构在倒航工况下的水动力特性。In order to study the reversing performance of the waterjet steering and reversing unit,the hydrodynamic trial of the bionic steering and reversing unit which was taken as the research object was carried out at the different flow based on the force characteristics circulating flume with free surface and the force on the unit were measured through the six component meter.Force and flow performance on the bionic steering and reversing unit could be get and the comparison between calculation and test results had been drawn with RANS method and VOF arithmetic based on CFD technology.The results show that discrepancy existing between calculation and experiment can be acceptable at the engineering range which proves that the calculation method can be used to predict the hydrodynamic performance of the steering and reversing unit under the reversing condition.
